1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Bricksy creation. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Missing Pieces

Every set is carefully packed and quality-checked. If your order arrives with missing or damaged parts, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@bricksybuild.com. We’ll send replacement pieces free of charge.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We currently ship to most regions across North America, Europe, and Asia. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office, building management, or neighbors. In cases of delay or misrouting, we’ll assist you in contacting the courier to trace the package. Bricksy cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

5. Custom Orders & Pre-orders

From time to time, we offer limited-edition or pre-order collections. Estimated ship dates are shown on each product page. Pre-orders can be canceled before the order ships for a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped. After that window, we can’t guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in fulfillment.

7. Product Care & Safety

Bricksy building sets are designed for collectors and creative adults, and may contain small parts not suitable for children under 14 years old. Please build responsibly and keep small pieces away from young children or pets.
